Comment on “Putin Declares Victory in Russian Presidential Election, Rivaling Stalin in 30 Years of Reign” [in Japanese]
On March 18, 2024, a comment of Professor Maiko Ichihara of the Graduate School of Law on the Asahi Shimbun article, “Putin Declares Victory in Russian Presidential Election, Rivaling Stalin in 30 Years of Reign” was published.
