On February 11, 2024, the Institute for Global Governance Research (GGR) held the second Milk Tea Alliance Japan strategy meeting. The meeting was conducted in both Japanese and English with simultaneous interpretation, and it brought together activists, journalists, artists from Japan, Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Thailand, all currently residing in Japan. Participants covered recent activity updates, discussions on target stakeholders, and strategic planning for forthcoming activities. The meeting concluded with coordinated activity plans.
