About the lecturer:

Dr. Tetsuro Kobayashi was born in Tokyo and received his Ph.D. in social psychology from the Graduate School of Humanities and Sociology, University of Tokyo. After serving as an associate professor at the National Institute of Informatics, a visiting scholar at the Department of Communication at Stanford University, and an associate professor at the Department of Media and Communication at the City University of Hong Kong, he has been a professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University since 2023. His research focuses on political communication, political psychology, and public opinion research based on social psychology.
