About the speaker:

Minhee Jeong is a doctoral student in the Graduate School of Law at Hitotsubashi University. She previously worked as a case manager at NANCEN, a refugee rights NGO in South Korea. Since 2022, she has been working as a research assistant at the Institute for Global Governance Research (GGR) at Hitotsubashi University. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on South Korea’s policy-making process in the evacuation of Afghan nationals in 2021.
