▪️Speaker bio : Wani Robert Lupai Victor is a student in the Master’s Program at the Graduate School of International Public Policy, majoring in Global Governance, at Hitotsubashi University. His research focuses on the impact of vocational training programs on agricultural skills development for rural women. He has been a refugee for at least 15 years, from childhood to adulthood. Prior to joining the graduate program, he served in various roles as a humanitarian worker and government official. His most recent position was as Office Manager at the State Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement Agency Central Equatorial State Juba, South Sudan.
