About the speaker:

Parin Jaruthavee is a researcher at King Prajadhipok’s Institute, the think tank of the Thai Parliament. She obtained her LL.B. in Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. Later, she received a scholarship from the Chinese government and earned her LL.M. from Peking University. Currently, she is pursuing another master’s degree in Political Economy at Chulalongkorn University.
