The 4th Strategy Meeting of Milk Tea Alliance Japan (MTA Japan) took place on December 3, 2025, from 10:30 AM for approximately one hour. Pro-democracy activists from Myanmar, Hong Kong, and Cambodia, who continue their work in Japan after leaving their homelands, joined Japanese journalists and artists to discuss strategies for expanding public engagement with MTA Japan. The meeting featured the first Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between MTA Japan and member organizations.
